• Fast track completion of EPC Contract to complete the design, supply, installation and commissioning of dual CALM Buoys offshore Libya.
• Select the correct vessels for the offshore installation in a tight market and short timescale
• Liaise with the Diving Contractor and manage Chartered Vessel during offshore operations
• Operate in a country undergoing change with challenging language, culture, climate and operating environment.
