Vessel Conversion

• Develop and design an efficient and cost effective vessel layout to accommodate Work Class ROV’s, full Survey, Inspection IT infrastructures.
• Project Manage equipment delivery, installation by the Shipyard, commission and test in compliance with the agreed schedule and tight budget constraints.

• Act as the communication hub to deliver the project from a technical, contractual and commercial perspective, drawing specialist expertise from the customer’s technical personnel for specialised activity.
• Engage with and communicate all requirements with the vessel owner and Shipyard throughout vessel conversion or new-build activity.
• Management of the complete project from concept to vessel completion, offshore testing and close out with Shipyard and vessel owner.
• Offler Marine drew upon its previous successful conversion/rebuild projects and its wide knowledge and understanding of vessels and offshore operations.
