Offler Marine Services Group Ltd have just provided Site Superintendents / Client Representatives for the replacement of two Monobuoys at Es Sider Offshore Loading Terminal, Libya. The two new buoys were designed, fabricated, delivered and installed by The Monobuoy Company Ltd for WAHA Oil.
OMSG integrated seamlessly into The Monobuoy Project Management Team to assist with the fast track project preparation and kick off with the selected vessel owner and diving company. OMSG provided day to day management of the offshore construction site during the mobilisation, execution and demobilisation phases at Es Sider.
Our Client Representatives, all with extensive experience in the offshore construction industry worked with The Monobuoy Company and WAHA Oil to bring the project to a speedy and successful conclusion. The offshore works included removal of the floating and subsea hose strings, buoy mooring chain inspection and renewal, removal of the Monobuoys and replacement with two new units; including mooring and hose reconnection, commissioning, pressure testing and standing-by during the first tanker loading.
